Garlic has been used against insects for more than a hundred years and nowadays it is authorized in organic farming. Despite of being systemic, it doesn’t alter colour or taste of plants and fruits.
There are continuos references about new uses of the product and among its applications there are: fungicide, mosquito larvicide, nematicide, acaricide in animals, antibiotic in poultry feed, cattle feed and fish feed. It has also been used as deer, bird and mouse repellent.

Vegetables Depends on the crop, but 2 – 5 foliar applications are usually needed to control pests. It is advisable to start
very soon in order to avoid pest installation.
Frui tree If pest pressure becomes stronger it is necessary to apply a pesticide but it will always be in much less
quantity than normal. It is a advisable to combine with a wetting agent. There are references of a great
synergic effect when mixed with Neem Oil.
